
I’ve been trying to get support for several days now and have not heard anything back. I purchased additional credits so that I could warm up and a second inbox and it is still telling me that I’m out of credits when I go to add the second inbox. No idea what the issue is. I need help with this. I’ve already spent the money for a full year and it’s not letting me use it.
