Add focus Mailbox providers#34

It would be absolutely awesome to have a setting on individual mailboxes to warmup specific mailbox provider.

Situation: mailbox MICHAEL@domain.co -> 80% reputation for last 30 days.
Per provider stats:
99% on google - 1 marked as spam 7 marked as category out of ~1500 emails
77% on outlook - 30 marked as spam 94 marked as category of of ~1500 emails

At this point, having a PROVIDER FOCUS setting on the mailbox would look like this:
TOP 5 Mailbox providers:
1.Outlook -60%%
2.Google - 20%
3.Proofpoint - 5%
4.Barracuda - 5%
5.Other - 10%

The idea is to better warmup the areas that are lacking reputation points. In the above example reputation on Google is good enough to keep it minimal, while the reputation on Outlook requires stronger focus.

In terms of UI/UX implementing this feature, I can see it going as automatic adjustment on “basic” plan and advanced adjustment on Pro so it can be a great feature and selling point.
